Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Shipping Rates:

  • $5 Flat Rate on orders under $99 (subtotal after discounts, before tax)

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders $99+

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.

If your order appears missing:

  • Check with neighbors, building staff, or mailrooms

  • Allow up to 24 hours for delivery updates

  • Contact the carrier directly to initiate a trace

Rack Hunt is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location.


7. Returns, Refunds & Shipping Errors

Due to the limited nature of our inventory, most items are final sale.

However, Rack Hunt accepts returns within 7 days of delivery for the following cases: Incorrect item shipped, Defective or damaged items upon arrival

within 7 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and issue a refund once the item is received and inspected. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
