Rack Hunt Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Rack Hunt. Below is everything you need to know about how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.
Shipping Rates

$5 flat-rate shipping on orders under $99 (subtotal after discounts, before tax)

Free standard shipping on orders $99+ (subtotal after discounts, before tax)
- Shipping rates apply to U.S. domestic orders only.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email shortly after checkout. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not indicate shipment.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping & Carriers
Rack Hunt ships orders using USPS and other trusted carriers, depending on destination and service availability. Some orders may ship in multiple packages. If this occurs, each shipment will include its own tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping transit time is typically 3–7 business days after your order has shipped. During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, delivery may take slightly longer. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Delivery & Lost/Stolen Packages
All orders include tracking. Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
If you cannot locate your package:
Check with neighbors, building staff, or mailrooms
Allow up to 24 hours for carrier updates
Contact the carrier directly to initiate a delivery inquiry
Rack Hunt is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. For added security, we recommend shipping to a secure location.
Returns, Refunds & Shipping Errors
Most items are final sale.
However, Rack Hunt accepts returns in the following cases:

Incorrect item shipped

Items damaged during transit
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact info@rackhunt.com within 7 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and issue a refund once the item is received and inspected in unused condition.
