Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Most items sold by Rack Hunt are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
However, Rack Hunt accepts return requests within 7 days of delivery only in the following situations:
You received an incorrect item, Your item arrived damaged or defective. Please email Info@rackhunt.com if your item falls under these situations.
Returns requested for reasons outside of the above conditions are not accepted.

When you place an order, you're purchasing from Rack Hunt — we are the merchant of record. Our brand partners ship on our behalf, and every purchase is backed by Rack Hunt customer support.
Are your items new or pre-owned?
The majority of our items are brand new with tags, unless clearly labeled otherwise in the product description.
