Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At this time, all sales are final. Because our items are often limited-quantity finds, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges.

That said, if there’s ever an issue with your order please reach out within 7 days of delivery of your order at info@rackhunt.com — we’ll be happy to help.

Where do products on Rack Hunt come from?

Our products come from reputable retailers, boutiques, and brand partners in the United States. All are brand new overstock or new-season finds that deserve another moment in the spotlight.

Are your items new or pre-owned?

The majority of our items are brand new with tags, unless clearly labeled otherwise in the product description.

Do you offer international shipping?
