Rack Hunt Returns & Refunds Policy

At Rack Hunt, we offer carefully selected, brand-new items at exceptional value. Please review the policy below before completing your purchase.


Returns Eligibility

Most items sold by Rack Hunt are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

However, Rack Hunt accepts return requests within 7 days of delivery only in the following situations:

  • You received an incorrect item

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

Returns requested for reasons outside of the above conditions are not accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your request.

If your claim is approved:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label

  • The item must be returned unused, unworn, with original tags attached

  • Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If a return is approved due to damage or an incorrect item, a refund will be issued so you may place a new order if desired.
